- We provide Free Shipping PAN India, though occasional delivery delays may occur due to high demand or external factors.

- We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

- Upon shipment, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s), active within 24 hours.

- Thinc is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
