Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have up to 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns after this period elapses.

Shall any issue persist with the returns page, please contact us for any further queries at operations@thinc.life.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on items with sale of 20% and up, or multi-item offer. Any return requests made will be rejected. We do provide free exchanges for the same !

Any returns initiated come with a reshipping fees of flat 149 INR /-. If any packing material is missing an additional restocking fees of 49 INR /- will be levied. 

We do not charge any additional fees for exchanges. 

Please note, any items that fails the warehouse QC will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Pick up for failed products will have to be arranged by the customers. 

Please note, in the case of returns or exchanges that have been accepted, if the consumer is not available for reverse the shipment or the area is not serviceable, the return or exchange will be cancelled.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

  • Visit the "Returns & Exchange" page at the bottom tab
  • Submit the required details by inputting the phone number  used when placing the of the order
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return
  • A confirmation email will be shared once the return request is approved
  • Returns take upto 7-10 days to process post the revrse shipment pick up date. 
  • We do not accept Return requests on items over 20% sale.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Visit the "Returns & Exchange" page
  • Submit the required details by inputting the phone number  used when placing the of the order
  • Raise and Exchange request
  • The reverse shipment process takes 7-10 days to occur. 
  • After which there is a 36 hours warehouse QC period. 
  • Upon passing the warehouse QC, we will initiate the forward dispatch of the exchange product. 

Note: Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the customer in the form of a coupon, post reverse shipment & restocking fees deductions. No cash/bank account refund on Cash On Delivery orders.

For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

Damages and Issues

The timeline to escalate damage and return units is within 24 hours of receiving shipment. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the same at the earliest.

The Returns & Exchanges section does have a service for you to upload any defects! Please note, we are unable to accept any damage without proof!  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused in the case of defects, and shall work to rectify things!

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Any sales exceeding a net 20% discount, are not returnable.

During our End of Season Sale we cannot accept returns on sale items, only exchange request will be accepted.

During the CLEARANCE SALE we cannot accept any returns and exchange request.
